“Eine Stunde vor Abfahrt rief der Veranstalter an und wollte absagen wegen zu hohem Wellengang. Wir waren aber schon unterwegs und auf halber Strecke. Dann hat er die Abfahrtszeit um eine halbe Stunde nach vorne verlegt, was wir kaum hätten schaffen können und uns gesagt, dass die Tour heute 1h kürzer und ohne Aufenthalt in Girolata sein würde. Die Tour fand dann auf einem normalen Dieselboot statt, Guide nur auf Französisch, Infos konnten in einer Online-Broschüre nachgelesen werden. Anfahrt also Stress pur, Bootsfahrt zwar mit schöner Landschaft, aber lautem und stinkenden Boot nur 2 statt 3 Stunden ohne Preisnachlass. Das war Abzocke!”

“To start, could not open tickets in the email. The day before the planned excursion we messaged asking for tickets to be resent. We were told they had no email associated with our number even though we had received the previous email. We disembarked the ship at 0830 as planned with a meeting time of 0900 at the port. When we couldn't find the meeting place we tried to reach both Viator & the tour company without success. After finding cell service enough to investigate, we found the port to meet at was 1hr 45min from our ship WITHOUT PROVIDED TRANSPORTATION. Clearly we could not have made a 2hr trip…”

“Email sent the morning of the excursion had a link to a meeting point that was not near where we were supposed to be and we almost missed our excursion because of it. Also, the Whatsapp phone number included in the same message had no service. The tour operator lady gave us heck for not being on time and she never tried calling me on Whatsapp just through regular cell service which for most people from North America will have turned off because Whatsapp is cheaper. Views, ride and guide were great though but that front end experience sucked”
